Services Offered

1. Acupuncture is the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the located on channels that run along our skin and energetically connect to our internal organs. These points are selected based on years of training acupuncturists receive based on over 3,000 years of experience in China.

Acupuncture can help with musculoskeletal issues and pain, allergies, women's health, arthritis, headache, migraine, pediatric reflux, stroke, digestive problems, menopausal symptoms, facial rejuvenation, fibromyalgia, cold, flu and plantar fasciitis.

2. Chinese Herbal Medicine and Supplements. Chinese Herbal Medicine uses a variety of herbs such as astragalus, ginkgo, ginseng, green tea, and eleuthero (also known as "Siberian ginseng") in different combinations to restore balance to the body.

The herbals and supplements are GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified and organic.

3. Acupressure uses rhythmic compression along energy channels of the body, as well as a variety of techniques such as rolling and plucking to manipulate and lubricate the joints. Acupressure directly affects the flow of energy by holding and pressing the body at acupressure points. An Acupressure session will last for about an hour and the patient remains clothed during the session. Sometimes topical herbs will be used to enhance the efficacy of the Acupressure.

Acupressure is helpful treating allergies, facial rejuvenation, trauma, chronic pain, digestive concerns, pediatrics and musculoskeletal issues and pain.

4. Chinese Medicine Cupping. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) cupping is a method of applying acupressure by creating a vacuum on the patient's skin to dispel stagnant blood and lymph, thereby improving qi flow to treat respiratory diseases such as the common cold, pneumonia and bronchitis. Cupping also is used on back, neck, shoulder and other musculoskeletal conditions.
